Filatov Anton Yurievich

Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of MOEVM, junior researcher at NCMU

Area of scientific interests: artificial intelligence methods, development and analysis of machine learning models and methods, application of AI methods in computer vision and medicine, algorithms for continuous localization and mapping, algorithms for unmanned vehicles, computational mathematics.

Stashkevich Andrey Alexandrovich

Area of scientific interests: spintronics, magnonics, Mandelstam-Brillouin spectroscopy, functional electronics.

Proshkina Alexandra Sergeevna

Head of the Center for Technological Projects, senior lecturer at the Department of Applied Economics 

Author of 30 scientific articles indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index, Scopus, and Web of Science, etc.

Since 2022 heads the acceleration program for supporting project teams and student initiatives for the formation of innovative products “LETI Startups”, which included more than 1,500 students from LETI and other universities in the Russian Federation. Graduates of the program were able not only to gain valuable experience in running a business, but also to acquire project work skills that are in demand by modern employers.

Bessonov Viktor Borisovich

D.Sc., Dean of the Faculty of Electronics, Director of Advanced engineering school "Electronics and Electrical Engineering"

Author of more than 100 scientific papers. Hirsch index: 8.

Area of scientific interests:  non-destructive testing, tomography, microtomography. Study of the fundamental principles of design and construction of X-ray equipment for industry and scientific research. Development of specialized tomographic complexes (microtomographs) for wide application. Creation of methods for improving the quality of tomographic images, algorithms and methods of tomographic research.

Ulyanitskaya Lyubov Alexandrovna

Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages SPbETU «LETI»

Area of scientific interests: sociolinguistics, mixing and switching of language codes, theory of language contacts, language policy, languages of the folks of the Russian Federation, linguistic field research.

Nalimova Svetlana Sergeevna

Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of Micro- and Nanoelectronics SPbETU «LETI»

Author of more than 60 scientific papers in the Web of Science/Scopus databases, 3 monographs, 6 textbooks and 3 patents (2 Russian patents and 1 Eurasian patent). Hirsch index: 10.

Graduated from St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI"  in 2009. In 2013, she defended her PhD thesis in semiconductor physics.

Area of scientific interests: synthesis and study of nanomaterials and nanostructures for gas sensors, study of the functional composition of the surface using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and adsorption of acid-base indicators.

Moshnikov Vyacheslav Alekseevich

D.Sc., Professor of the Department of Micro- and Nanoelectronics SPbETU «LETI»

Head of the Educational and Scientific Laboratory “Nanomaterials” Specialist in the field of local methods of solid state diagnostics, physics and technology of narrow-gap semiconductors and semiconductor sensors.

The leader in terms of the scientometric Hirsch index in SPbETU «LETI»" RSCI h=39 with a total number of publications of more than 900, including 37 monographs and 28 patents.

Chief editor of the SCIENCE: PRESENT AND FUTURE Conference proceedings.
